We do not accept returns due to hygenic reasons. If there is any issue with your order we would need proof of the error to handle the issue. If there isn't any proof then we can not proceed with the issue.

Order take 1-3 days to process and standard shipping takes an additional 1-7 days. (United States)

International orders take 1-3 days to process and shipping takes an additional 7-60 days depending on the postal carrier and country. Once we have shipped it is out of our control and up to the courier service. Please be patient.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages en route to your destination. We are also not responsible for wrong addressed provided by customers. We use USPS shipping methods and once the package is shipped from their post office it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
