Shipping

Order take 1-3 days to process and standard shipping takes an additional 1-7 days. (United States)

International orders take 1-3 days to process and shipping takes an additional 7-60 days depending on the postal carrier and country. Once we have shipped it is out of our control and up to the courier service. Please be patient.

We  will work to assist with any lost or stolen packages and will also provide tracking information. We are  not responsible for wrong addresses provided by customers. We use USPS shipping methods.

If your order is delayed we will notify you within in 3 days of  order placement.

Cancellations

Please refrain from cancelling orders when your purchased products are shipped. Once the order is shipped, we are not able to change its destination. Since we are not able to change the destination, we are not able to cancel the order once it's been shipped. Triple check to see if you have the correct delivery information, please. : )

Health and Safety

All of our products contain plant essences. We use ingredients such as olive and coconut oil. If you have any plant-related allergy, please do not use products from Bumble bee. If you have any reaction whatsoever from our product, please discontinue use and see a doctor immediately. Always do a 24 hour skin patch test before use. Do not ingest. Do not put in contact with eyes.

Return and Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns due to hygienic reasons. If there is any issue with your order, we would need proof of the error to handle the issue. If there isn't proof, we cannot proceed with the issue.
